Nordic Ombudsmen letter regarding the establishment of the NPM Observatory

The five Nordic Ombudsmen have written a joint letter to the UN Subcommittee on Prevention of Torture (SPT) outlining their concerns regarding the establishment of the non-governmental organization NPM Observatory.
