Statements

In cases that have been taken up for further investigation, The Parliamentary Ombud may express her opinion on the case in the form of a statement. She may point out that an administrative agency or an official has committed an error or negligence. The investigation may also end with The Parliamentary Ombud finding that no error has been committed.
