Case areas for complaints
The Parliamentary Ombud carries out a subsequent written assessment of complaints against the public administration. The complaints we receive concern nearly all areas of law in which the public administration operates. The Ombud also considers complaints concerning tardy case processing and the public administration’s failure to reply.
The basis for the Parliamentary Ombud’s investigations is mainly complaints received from citizens, but the Ombud also raises matters on its own initiative.
